During 2023 when Ellesha took a break from the limelight, she created NeuroNuggets a safe haven for all those NeuroDiverse, Disabled or suffering from Mental Health. NeuroNuggets became a place where Ellesha could create Blogs to help others feel that they are not alone in this world, offering advice and informative information on a less daunting approach.

Ellesha her self suffers from many mental health conditions due to the past and genetics and also has a daughter with various special needs/neurodivergence. At NeuroNuggets the mantra assures that having a condition of any kind does not define who you are and that stigma should be permanently banished with normalisation becoming the “it” thing. Everyone is beautiful no matter what may try to hold us back.

Starting from humble beginnings a huge catastrophic event effected her life for 10 years and she had become something in which no one would wish upon anyone.. Survivor of abuse. A huge chunk of Ellesha’s life had been stollen from her and subsequentially created the Adult Actress we know today. But as a reminder.. where there is great devastation in life, a Rose can still bloom in the aftermath.

Ellesha is a testament to this and does all she can to help others feel beautiful and empowered from the drive she has to overcome the pain. Compassion, love and honesty comes from those that have suffered and Ellesha’s Story is a tale that reminds us that we must remain strong - It will get better.

“Many of you know me from my various adventures as a well known public figure, influencer and Movie star, but did you know I have a very different side to what the media portray me as? In true reality, I'm AuADHD BPD mother to the most amazing NeuroSpicy daughter I could ever of asked for and the beginning of her life started my journey into making a space where mental health and neurodivergence was accepted.

At heart, I'm a massive activist for all things neurodiverse, mental health and body positivity, fighting the system, changing the narrative on inclusivity for all. I know all to well what it's like to live in a world not

designed for us and the struggles we face daily with internal battles. NeuroNuggets was created as a place for information, advice, help and experience, put on one page bypassing the un-necessary scrolling just to find what we are looking for and to cut out the filtered reality of what its really like to live in a society and not know who you are.

I want all to feel comfortable in their skin and not alone in their struggles, for the next generation to never feel like they have no where or no one to turn to. I want to create change so that no one will ever feel the way I, and many other adults do because of lack of understanding and non-inclusivity..”
